Terms and Conditions Return and Refund Policy

1. Terms (General Provisions)

These points govern the general terms and conditions of shopping, not the specific return or refund procedures:

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must provide an unboxing video of the item while the package is still sealed (the item CANNOT be returned if proof/unboxing video is not included).
  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with labels still attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Ensure all item complements such as tags and other accessories are complete, intact, and not detached.

Exchanges:

  • The return limit is 7 days after the item is received (for size exchange, shipping costs both ways are borne by the buyer).
  • The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Additional Provisions:

  • Online orders cannot be exchanged at the Offline Store.
  • A rating of 1-3 stars voids service, complaint, and return guarantees.

2. Conditions (Details and Procedure)

These points govern the specific details and procedures regarding item returns and refunds:

Submission Deadline:

  • You have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return (General Policy).

  • Please remember that returns must be sent to the following address: Ruko Grand Boulevard, Jl. Citra Raya Boulevard No.156 Blok E01, Cikupa, Kec. Panongan, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten 15710.
  • If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If there are issues such as wanting to exchange size or type, please contact and discuss with the admin via chat.
  • Returns are possible if the desired product is still available, and shipping costs both ways are borne by the buyer.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like damaged goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If the item received matches the invoice/order number (is not rejected by us), the ordered item cannot be refunded.
