According to Alvian, in a business that involves trusting people with their money and travel, trust and honesty are two non-negotiables. He even recalls his mother's advice to always be honest, even if it means asking for something.

"The purpose of an Open Trip is to make more friends and family."

Alvian and his team are often invited by participants to gather, have coffee, or go camping together, demonstrating the close bonds they have formed.
