HR Intern
Job Description
- Assisting in the process of searching, selecting, and interviewing candidates in the internship program recruitment process.
- Assist the HR team in various operational tasks in the office.
- Assisting with HR administrative work (attendance, leave approval, employee data updates, etc.) on HRIS software.
- Assisting the candidate's psychological testing process until scoring the results.
- Assist and manage the onboarding process for internship programs.
Job Requirements
- Final year students / Fresh graduates majoring in psychology or HR Management.
- Have good analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to undertake an internship program with a duration of 3 months
- Willing to do an internship for at least 3 months.
