HR Intern

Job Description

  • Assisting in the process of searching, selecting, and interviewing candidates in the internship program recruitment process.
  • Assist the HR team in various operational tasks in the office.
  • Assisting with HR administrative work (attendance, leave approval, employee data updates, etc.) on HRIS software.
  • Assisting the candidate's psychological testing process until scoring the results.
  • Assist and manage the onboarding process for internship programs.

Job Requirements

  • Final year students / Fresh graduates majoring in psychology or HR Management.
  • Have good analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing to undertake an internship program with a duration of 3 months
  • Willing to do an internship for at least 3 months.
